Virginia Ferguson, Yum!

A 16- year veteran at Yum! with 20+ years of strategic communications experience, Virginia Ferguson leads global external communications for Yum!, parent company of KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell. Reporting to Yum!’s Chief Communications and Public Affairs Officer, Virginia drives strategy behind Yum!’s corporate and financial communications; executive visibility opportunities; corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives; and issues and crisis response. She was instrumental in developing and executing the strategy around communicating the 2016 spinoff of Yum!’s China business into an independent company, which also involved announcing the Company’s strategic business transformation into a more focused, franchised and efficient business.
