The PR/communications team at Mark’s is small but mighty, responsible for all internal and external communication, partnerships and social media for the organization. Mark’s is rooted in outfitting hard-working Canadians, but in the past, the brand never stood for anything distinctive. In late 2017, Mark’s underwent a brand repositioning called Well Worn, aligning the values of the organization with a new consumer. This tasked the team to communicate with this new consumer. The team continues to work to reposition Mark’s as a brand for all Canadians through bold and highly visible communications tactics.
