Since her first exposure to media relations, Jennifer’s ability to communicate a client’s impact to the media and foster company engagement with employees has grown into a fierce commitment to client service. At Hawthorne Strategy Group, Jennifer supports teams across industries such as healthcare, construction and commercial real estate, and business. She leveraged her experience of entering a virtual workforce amidst a global pandemic to draft communications on remote team building and provide insights related to industry trends and the future business landscape for global companies and local small businesses. She also supports a wide range of media relations efforts, securing coverage for clients in a variety of local markets, trade publications ranging from construction to entrepreneurship, and penned contributed content that has run in national publications such as Enterprising Women. Prior to joining Hawthorne, Jennifer worked in e-commerce marketing, enhancing brand awareness and gaining video experience through idea generation and editing. Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising with a double minor in Marketing and Women’s and Gender Studies as well as a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago.
